LAS VEGAS, Nev., Nov. 2 - The engineers at Ford Racing Performance Parts (FRPP) know that in the performance business talk is cheap, and with over twenty years experience in the crate engine business, they have built a strong reputation building performance engines that are factory-quality, easy-to-install, and priced right. That's why Ford Racing is pleased to announce that its line of performance and production crate engines are now sold with a 12-month/12,000-mile limited warranty.
"Our line of Ford Racing performance crate engines are developed, built, and tested by engineers using production quality materials and processes," said Jamie Allison, Manager, Ford Racing Performance Parts, "and that's why we put the Ford oval on each engine we sell. The addition of a limited warranty is added assurance for our customers that we stand by our product one hundred percent."
Engines covered under the warranty include the FRPP performance and production series powertrains. The performance series includes our small block 302s up to the big block 514s. Production motors in the catalog include the 4.6-liter DOHC V8s from the SVT Mustang Cobra, Mustang Mach 1, and Lincoln Aviator, as well as the 5.4-liter DOHC from the Lincoln Navigator. The 4-cylinder Duratec and Zetec engines from the Focus and Ranger will be covered under the warranty too.
